Sock Knocker Planted

We are so excited to introduce our 2020 Planted Strains.

Sock Knocker (Indica dominate high-CBD Hybrid)

Per Pacific Green Growers:

Sour Pez x LS x Herkle

Greener Pacific is presenting this new strain from Pacific Green Growers.

Per Allbud:

Sour Pez:  Indica Dominant Hybrid 80% Indica / 20% Sativa

THC: 15% - 20%, CBD: 1%

Sour Pez is an indica dominant hybrid (80% indica/20% sativa) strain created through crossing the infamous Pink Pez X Sour Diesel strains. This bud has an insanely delicious flavor, with a fruity sour candy overtone that's almost like your favorite Pez candy. The aroma is very strong with a sour fruity overtone accented by pungent herbs and spices. The Sour Pez high is just as eye-opening as the flavor at the onset before fading into deep sleepy relaxation. You'll feel a euphoric smash of energy at the onset of the high, filling you with a talkative and motivating effect that gives you the boost you need to get involved in social activities. This effect will soon fade into a hazy head high that leaves you sleepy and slightly tingly. Soon this buzzy feeling will spread throughout the rest of your body, leaving you sleepy and out of focus. Thanks to these effects and its high 15-20% average THC level, Sour Pez is often chosen to treat conditions such as chronic pain, depression, insomnia, chronic anxiety or stress, and fatigue. This bud has fluffy olive green nugs with long thin red orange hairs and a coating of tiny bright white crystal trichomes.

Hurkle: Indica Dominant Hybrid 60% Indica / 40% Sativa

THC: 10%, CBD: 10%

Hurkle is a slightly indica dominant hybrid (60% indica/40% sativa) strain created through crossing the powerful Harlequin X Querkle strains. This bud packs a unique 1:1 ratio of CBD:THC, making it one highly medicinal strain that's perfect for treating a wide variety of conditions of both mind and body. The Hurkle high is pretty relaxed in nature with full-bodied calming effects that are perfect for numbing any aches and pains without the traditional high of a high THC strain. It starts with an immediate effect that lifts your mood and fills you with a sense of well being. Your body will quickly become heavy with a numbing effect that leaves you feeling completely at ease. These effects are long-lasting and often ease the user into a deep and peaceful sleep upon the comedown. Because of these medicinal effects and its high CBD level, Hurkle is ideal for treating a wide variety of conditions including chronic pain, muscle spasms, arthritis, inflammation, and chronic stress or anxiety. This bud has a mellow sweet grape flavor with a musky earthy aftertaste that is almost like a cup of espresso. The aroma is like a freshly brewed mocha coffee with a spicy grape infusion, almost like mulled wine. Hurkle buds have large dense spade-shaped forest green nugs with bright orange hairs and thick white crystal trichomes.

We selected Sock Knocker as one of our 2020 strains with only one thing in mind....your smoking enjoyment.

Grew Lemon Haze and sock knocker clones the growsite. Sock knocker is VERY indica looking, and prob bred for indoor, not a huge plant, bud are nice size w. VERY LEAFY trim.
This was my LEAST favorite plant to grow and FUSSY all season, suseptable to insects.
Branches are Very brittle requiring trellising early. Suggest harvest before any amber oIF you want to get off the couch. SOck Knocker made my “NEVER AGAIN” list. Finished late for indica dominant plant.

Lemon Haze clone was one of the good girls in class, didnt beg for special attention. Buds are nice big size for Small plant but overall NOT a big producer. Smells and taste lemony, nice high, speedy active happy buzz.. Ill grow this one again, that is IF (big IF) I can find seeds. Clones were farthest behind in size this yr.

My favorite plant to grow this yr was Tangerine Cookies and Gorilla Cookies. Those are close to 10lb plants with GIANT Buds. Id attach photo if this site would allow.

    • Thank you for the insights. Our Sock Knocker is coming down today and honestly it isn’t our top strain from a yield perspective. Time will tell through curing and testing the quality with regards to THC and terpenes. This is our first year for this strain.
